Job Duty |
- Manage, oversee, plan and prioritize the logistical operation of company’s warehousing, transportation and project resources allocation, including but not limited to: warehouse spacing for inbound waste receiving, waste collection scheduling, transportation and classification, plastic and fiber quality inspection for inbound materials and inventory control, machine and equipment acquisition/ordering and repair/maintenance scheduling, etc.
- Review and evaluate company’s existing logistical functions and operational process flow and identify low-productivity and cost waste areas and recommend improvement plan to management teams
- Maintains safe and healthy working environment for company’s waste recycling business operation to comply with government’s rules and standards.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions on waste recycling, transportation and equipment installation
- Review and analyze reports from material pickup and provide cost analysis, scraps sales and buyer management analysis, etc.
- Maintain constant communication with fiber buyers to gain market insight and provide company up to date market information.
